We are sisters. One of us is a real estate agent and broker
and the other one is not.

All of the desert properties offered for sale on this site are
privately owned by us. We offer our land for sale at prices
that are discounted and below the going market rate. We
price them low so that they will sell fast. We do this in order
to keep our large inventory moving.

We offer our own financing. To qualify for one of our land
loans we simply require that the buyer’s down payment be
the standard 20%. This is convenient not only for the first
time buyer, but also for veteran buyers and investors who
don’t want to take the time or go through the hassle of
obtaining a traditional bank loan.

We are happy to cooperate with brokers and outside agents.
Our buyers all receive grant deeds and escrow is handled
through a local escrow company. All of our properties come
with title insurance issued through First American Title.
